PrimeCo was extremely accommodating and fair in helping us to reach a contract agreement that met our financial constraints and the renovation needs of our community. However, it was the quality of work done on our prototype buildings that impressed the Board and convinced us that PrimeCo was the company for the job. It was immediately obvious that the pride in workmanship, quality of work, professionalism, great morals and friendliness permeate the company all the way down to the workers on the front line with a paint brush or hammer in hand. Although the project to do the wood replacement and painting of our 495 units is still in progress, I have been so impressed with the work done by PrimeCo and the way the company is run, that I have asked our property management company to advise future Boards to obtain bids from PrimeCo and to seriously consider hiring them for the project, the next time the complex needs painting or wood replacement.Jeff Gollin

Without a wood survey competitive bids are almost impossible. A wood survey provides the specific scope of work, which allows for competitive bids that will include the same demolition and installation practices, the same material, the same surfaces, and the same locations. Without a wood survey, bidding is subjective and near impossible to compare.
