I am writing to compliment you on having such a great group of people who took my painting project at Aviara Seven (Sanderling) from a very thorough bid to completion and follow up seamlessly. I have never had a painting project like this go so smoothly with so few call backs.
I actually received more compliments from the Board and homeowners than complaints. As you know, that is unheard of.
John Marsh was my contact through the entire project and I can’t say enough about his professionalism, follow through and willingness to do what it takes to make sure the customer is happy with the job.
Cesar was the on-site supervisor who also did a great job. I received a number of compliments from homeowners about the care taken to make sure they did not damage private property or association property as well as simply doing a great job of painting. The crew went above and beyond the call of duty for several homeowners which was certainly appreciated.
I will certainly make PrimeCo Painting first on my list of vendors to use for any painting projects. Thank you so much, it makes me look great too.

Here's why I am so willing to offer praise..... PrimeCo Painting was an unfamiliar vendor (to me) when they were brought on at Tanglewood & Summerwood. From that experience, I had nothing but positive occurrences and I'm a hard one to please.... You folks passed that test and provided the exact same level of customer service for Charlemont.
